サッカー日本代表「君が代」に敗れる

[リオデジャネイロ=時事]ワールドカップ準決勝、日本対ブラジル戦は0対１で日本が敗れました。日本チーム悲願のベスト４進出は実現しませんでした。エースストライカーの金本が代表チームを外されたため、日本チームの決定力不足を来たしました。それが敗北につながったのです。

　５月２０日のフランス戦では金本のハット・トリックがあり４対１で快勝しました。ところがゲーム直後の国歌演奏時、金本選手が「君が代」を歌っていない指摘がありました。「君が代斉唱法」違反だと金本選手を批判する声があがりました。21日のテレビのワイドニュースはこの話題でもちきりになりました。橋下首相は「代表選手が、日本国民の愛国心の象徴である君が代を歌わないことなどありえない」とコメントしました。翌２２日、日本サッカー協会は自主的判断として「金本選手を代表から外す」と決定しました。

　日本維新の会は４月の総選挙で大躍進し過半数を獲得しました。５月の特別国会で公務員とスポーツの日本代表選手に君が代の斉唱を義務付ける「君が代斉唱法」を上程・可決しました。橋下首相は「日本代表選手は国家を代表して大会に参加をするのだから、国歌斉唱は当然である。内心の自由とは関係ない」と述べました。

　以前より金本選手が「君が代」を歌っていないとの噂がありました。２５日ブラジル戦で金本選手の口元がテレビ映像で大写しになり、「やはり歌っていない」と各方面から指摘されたのです。

　金本選手はこれまで「君が代」問題では発言を避けてきました。今回の代表外しの決定についても、「自分は日本で生まれ、日本が大好きです。日本代表チームを誰よりも大切に思っている」とだけコメントしました。

　３万人のサポーターが日本チームの惜敗を横浜日産スタジアムで衛星中継を観戦していました。観客は試合終了後その場を立ち去らずカネモト・コールを続けました。サポーターの中にも「君が代」についての様々な意見があるでしょう。でも代表チームを愛し日本を愛する金本選手のこころを疑う人はいません。そしてみんな金本選手が好きなのです。


　現在日本では不寛容・狭量な雰囲気が広がっています。それは国民の中に分裂をうんでいます。その傾向が続けばサッカーの敗北にとどまらず、日本の衰退を招くことになるでしょう。

放射線と健康

福島第一原子力発電所の事故は健康への不安を抱かせました。

　今回再認識したのは、原子力発電所は災害で緊急停止しても発熱が続くため冷却し続けなければ大事故が起こるという事実です。ブレーキをかけても急には止まれない欠陥自動車のような装置だということがよくわかりました。このような未完成の装置を災害の多い日本で稼働させるのは非常に危険です。原発に頼らないエネルギー政策について国民的合意を作る必要があります。

　健康問題を考えるときに一番大切なのは被爆量です。それを計る単位がシーベルトです。小さな量を表すために。１シーベルトが１０００ミリシーベルト、１ミリシーベルトが１０００マイクロシーベルトです。

　放射線の人体影響については広島長崎の被爆調査や世界各地の核実験場調査、原発事故調査でいろいろなことが分かってきていますが、まだ結論が出ていないことがあります。

　広島・長崎の原爆投下はシーベルト単位の被爆をおこしました。爆心地で２５０シーベルト、爆心地から５００メートルで６０シーベルトと推定されています。７シーベルト以上の被爆で全員が死亡、４シーベルト以上で５０％が死亡、１シーベルト以上で急性の放射線障害と後障害がでます。原爆により一瞬でこれだけの過酷な被爆をさせられたのです。広島と長崎を合わせて２１万人が死亡しています。

　今回の原発事故はシーベルトの１００万分の１のマイクロシーベルトの単位の被爆です。新聞にでている環境中の放射線量の測定値は１時間当たりの放射線量が記載されています。このレベルの被爆では、その放射線に暴露された時間をかけた積算値が問題になります。

　１００ミリシーベルト被ばくでがん死の確率が０．５％増えます。１００ミリシーベルト以上被ばくでは、線量が高いほど、がん発症率が直線的に増えます。積算１００ミリシーベルト以下では癌の増加は認められていないと言う意見と増加するという意見があります。

　環境の放射線測定だけではつかめないのが放射性物質を含む水、食品やちりが口や鼻を通じて体内に入った時の低線量内部被爆の問題です。チェルノブイリの事故では子供の甲状腺癌が増加しました。アメリカでは通常運転している原発周辺で乳がん死が増加しているとの報告があります。その他の癌や疾患へ影響については結論がでていません。

　これ以上被爆を広げないこと、そして被爆をされた方の今後の健康管理が大切です。

必ずつくりたい。人の命を大切にする国を。人権が守られる世界を。

津波で流される家々の映像を見て目を疑った。
これが本当の現実なのか。
涙がでた。
被災者の苦しみを思い涙がでた。
自分は人の悲しみをみてこれほど率直に涙がでる人間であったのか。
自分でも驚いた。


助けようという行動は素早く、広く起こった。
日本だけではなく外国からも。
昔、自己責任と言う言葉が闊歩していた日本で今、「絆」と言う言葉が合言葉になった。
「領土問題」や「捕鯨問題」で反目していた国々が援助の手を差し伸べてくれた。
これが人間の本性に違いない。
これを信頼したい。

私は思う。
必ず変えなくてはならない。
国民の命とくらしを守る国に。


でも阪神大震災の時もそう思ったのを覚えている。
倒壊した高速道路を前にして、これからは効率や目先の快適さを追い求めるのではなく、人間の尊厳や人類の未来を見据えた社会になるだろうと。


しかしそうはなっていない。
東日本大震災の死者・行方不明者は３万人を超えると言われるが、日本は１０年以上にわたり毎年３万人が自殺する国である。
毎日４万人が餓死する地球である。


こんどこそ被災者と日本と世界の現実から目を反らさずに生きていきたい。

必ずつくりたい。
人の命を大切にする国を。
人権が守られる世界を。


道は簡単ではない。
でも必ずできる。
これだけの連帯と支援の活動ができる我々だから。

I am glad that the bombs were dropped on Nagasaki and Hiroshima. It was the right thing to do. Fapan was behaving like a psychopath. Its psychopathic behaviour was topeed in its tracks. The only pity is that it was necessary. But it WAS necessary.

Nobuaki, I have read (see article in the link below) that even the family of the double atomic bomb survivor joked about him being the unluckiest man in the world. This is exactly what QI was doing.

I loved the fact that the day after the bombs dropped a normal bus and train service ran. BRILLIANT!!

We cant even cope with a sprinkling of snow.

If he was the luckiest man alive, he wouldn't have been bombed at all, never mind twice. I am not sure what my specific criteria for being lucky would be but being subjected to bombing would be well down the list.

Yes - they raped and slaughtered their was across most of the Far East in the thirties and forties on a truly heroic scale, but now apparently want to be seen as the poor little victims.

When you have mainstream Japanese politicians saying Korean women should be "proud" of their contribution to the war effort as "comfort women" then you know there is something deeply sick about the values underpinning a society.

It is kind of the OP to keep this issue running so we can continue to comment on it.

The BBC should develop a backbone.
