For what does Obama feel a moral responsibility?

 President Obama said in Prague in April 2009, “And as nuclear power -- as a nuclear power, as the only nuclear power to have used a nuclear weapon, the United States has a moral responsibility to act.” The U.S is the only country which has used a nuclear weapon. Hiroshima and Nagasaki were destroyed in 1945. More than 140,000 people in Hiroshima and more than 70,000 people in Nagasaki were killed. The survivors of atomic bombs are afraid of a cancer caused by radioactivity even now.

 We, Japanese people, want him to visit the two cities and to hear his speech there. We want to know how he feels about the causalities there. We want to know for what Obama feels a moral responsibility. If he will, we hope to hear his apology for dropping two atomic bombs. That will make him a real Nobel Peace Prize winner.
