Atomic bomb causalities were not only Japanese but also foreign people

The two atomic bombs killed 140,000 people in Hiroshima and 70,000 in Nagasaki. The causalities were not only Japanese but also foreign people. A nuclear bomb is a weapon of mass destruction. It destroys everything indiscriminately. It kills both soldiers and citizens. It is a weapon against humanity.

The largest number of non-Japanese atomic bomb causalities were Korean. The number of Korean people killed was 8,000 in Hiroshima and 2,000 in Nagasaki.
Many Japanese people in Hiroshima had emigrated to the U.S at that time. Some of them came back to Hiroshima for educational reasons. The number of Japanese American citizens in Hiroshima was 3,200. They were irradiated.

There were more than ten captured U.S soldiers killed by the atomic bomb in Hiroshima.  There were more than sixty foreign prisoners killed in Nagasaki. The U.S army dropped the bombs over its own soldiers mercilessly.

We must learn from the facts of history. No more Hibakusha: atomic bomb casualties.
